Fair Play
You agree to participate in good faith and maintain the integrity of fantasy competition. This includes:
- Setting active lineups when possible
- Engaging in fair trading practices
- Not colluding with other team owners
- Respecting league deadlines and procedures
Commissioner Authority
League commissioners have the authority to manage their leagues, including setting rules, resolving disputes, and taking disciplinary action against team owners who violate league rules.
Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fade Fantasy Platforms and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content

Fantasy League Disputes
Disputes arising within fantasy leagues should first be addressed with the league commissioner. We may assist in resolving disputes but are not obligated to intervene in league matters.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fade Fantasy Platforms is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
